  • 30-50% Carbohydrates(Produce/Vegetables/Fruit) – Varietal/Seasonal
  • 30-50% Fats
  • 20% Protein(chicken or fish)

Longevity Protocol: To reverse visible evidence of age.

Long term supplement: Baseline for extreme longevity. This is a result of 2.5 years research and refinement and a good place to start for anyone regardless of any other lifestyle changes. Of course your results will vary depending on your dietary decisions.

Beyond this: Eat a whole food, seasonal, produce primary diet. About 20% of calories from animal sources. NO DAIRY. I prefer limiting my fruit to 1 serving per day. Skin, seeds and all.

  9. [$0.20/day]Vitamin D3(125mcg[5000iu]) + K2(90mcg): (1 x daily).
  10. [$0.01/day]Lugols Iodine: (1 drop daily).
    1. [$0.75/day][SUBSTITUTE]Iodine(Mercola): 1500mcg (1 x daily).

The above listed combination on its own should affect noticeable changes in the body if these were simply added to your lifestyle. I am currently on this protocol and will report back after three months. I’m about three weeks into this current protocol. I have tweaked a few of the amounts and dosing frequencies, but overall see this as something long term. 

The above should address most peoples dietary deficiencies as humans living on a standard western diet. Below are some of my further thoughts taken from my own experiences.

Standards and Practices


BELOW: THIS PROTOCOL HAS BEEN DEPRECATED AS OF 2019-12-20. Just time for a change. Upwards and onwards, recognizing the past growing ever into the future.

Boron: 55 mg a day. 1/8 tsp Borax/litre of water and Magnesium. [UPDATE]: Reduced my intake of Boron to 55mg/day[PREVIOUS] 165mg/day]] and am combining it with a different form of magnesium(citrate).

I try to keep Boron[Parathyroid] and Iodine[Iodine] on a level playing field because of their proximity and relation.

Iodine: 50 mg a day. 20 drops Lugol’s solution in water. UPDATE: I believe I reached my goal of sufficient. My fingernails began to turn orange…LoL. So I have backed down to 12.5 mg/day. 5 drops Lugol’s solution in water. I also insufflate by means of steam. A few drops works really well for clearing all of your sinuses and lungs of anything you don’t really want in there anyways. Like a microbial overgrowth. [UPDATE]I added a teaspoon of Borax to the water I use to steam/insufflate.

Iodine and Boron really clear the lungs and sinus’.

Selenium. 200 mg – 400 mg for Iodine synthesis.

Neem Oil: 50 drops 1 time per day in preferred carrier oil. [UPDATE]Currently off cycle. The next time around I will try a 1 month cycle ever 90 days for a year. Start off with 5 drops 2x per day. Then bump it up an additional 5 drops every other day until I reach 25 drops 2x per day.

Boron and Magnesium work synergistically to improve parathyroid gland function.

Iodine and Selenium work synergistically to improve thyroid gland function.

It took me many months to build up to these levels of iodine, boron(via Borax) and Neem. It was still uncomfortable but worth the results. See above UPDATES.

This is my own personal regimen. This is not a recommendation for others, but a data set that I have been using to cleanse my body and return it to a more youthful state. My hope is that this information will be of use to you in finding your own Magic Bullets. To be continued…
